Catering at Applied Materials
Thank you for using catering at Applied Materials. We are available for all your catering and business meeting needs. Please contact us at (650) 417-4270 if you have any questions. Catering and ordering policy guidelines are provided below. Please follow these simple policy guidelines when placing your catering order. Doing so will insure a successful catered event and/or business meeting.
How It Works
First time users will be required to create an account with a username and password. A credit card will need to be saved on the accounts’ encrypted digital wallet, there is no need to share your credit card information with us.
Catering orders will include all necessary plates, utensils, napkins and condiments in quantities consistent with your order. We also supply all food and beverage equipment needed to ensure food is served properly. China and linen service can be rented for your event at an additional charge. Our catering attendants will deliver, set-up and pick up your order at your requested location.
Confirming Orders
Please allow 24 hours for your order to be confirmed on CaterTrax. For custom menu requests you will receive an email from the onsite catering team.
Operational Hours
Catering Operational Hours are from 7am - 3pm. Any delivery or pick-up past 4pm will incur a charge of $50 per catering attendant per hour.
Last Minute Orders
We ask for a 48-hour notice for catering orders but understand that last minute needs do arise. Please contact Kendra Stapp at kendra.stapp@compass-usa.com or call at (650) 417-4270 for your last-minute needs and we will make every effort to accommodate them.

Additional Service
If you are hosting an important all-day event or a large-scale meeting that requires more attention that just a set-up, delivery and pick up, we can arrange for you to have a catering attendant to tend to any immediate needs that arise with additional charge. Speak to our catering manager to schedule an attendant to make sure your event is a success!
Cancellations
Catering orders are made specifically for your meeting; therefore, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. When this is not possible, please let us know if we can deliver your order to another location. Any order cancelled the day of the event will be charged the full catering invoice. Any order cancelled less than 24 hours preceding the event will be charged 15% of the total invoice. This excludes custom or special orders. Custom and special orders must cancel 72 business hours prior.
